To ensure the integrity of our products NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE ACCEPTED. ALL SALES FINAL.

By purchasing on our website you agree to abide by these terms and hold harmless Victory Gunworks LLC and waive all claims to refunds or exchanges. 

As collectors ourselves we know we never wish to recieve returned or tampered-with products and all our products are purchased thru official Pokemon vendors, kept in good and marketable condition, and are untampered with. This no-return policy keeps our inventory in-line with this policy.

If you wish to make a claim of damaged goods, you MUST supply a video of the unboxing of your UNOPENED damaged package, showing in full view your shipping label, clearly outlining damages of products inside, and claims will be handled with the shipping partners insurance directly with our assistance.
